Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Always Ready Survival, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Permitted use

You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial preparedness. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to break its security, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it to harm others or violate any law.

Information, not advice

All content is general educational information, not professional, medical, legal, or emergency-management advice. This is covered in full by our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. In a real emergency, contact local emergency services first.

Accounts and stored data

The site currently has no user accounts. The tools save your data in your own browser, not on our servers, and we cannot recover it if you clear it. You are responsible for your own device and for any data you choose to store or export.

During beta: features are still being built and may change, break, or be reset without notice. Your locally stored data could be cleared by an update. Treat the site as a work in progress and keep your own copy of anything important — export or print from the tools rather than relying on the browser to retain it.

Intellectual property

The Always Ready Survival name, logos, ARES assessment, written content, and design are owned by Always Ready Survival and protected by law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without written permission, except for your own personal use of the tools as intended.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Always Ready Survival and its owners and contributors are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our full limitation of liability is set out in the Disclaimer.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Always Ready Survival harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Always Ready Survival operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as the site evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

For the beta period, these terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Always Ready Survival operates. A specific governing jurisdiction and any dispute-resolution process will be confirmed at full launch.
